OPTIMAX WINDOW TINTING provides residential and commercial window tinting services. All services are subject to availability, site inspection (if required), and written or verbal agreement prior to installation.


We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.


2. Estimates & Pricing


  • All quotes are based on information provided at the time of estimate.
  • Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial representations.
  • Estimates are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated.


Any additional work requested beyond the original scope may result in additional charges.


3. Payments


  • Payment terms will be agreed upon before installation.
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.


We reserve the right to suspend or refuse future services for unpaid balances.



4. Cancellations & Rescheduling


Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, particularly for custom-ordered film materials.


5. Installation & Work Conditions


Clients agree to:


  • Provide clear access to work areas
  • Remove fragile or valuable items near installation areas
  • Ensure a safe working environment


OPTIMAX WINDOW TINTING is not responsible for pre-existing glass damage, seal failure, or structural defects.


6. Product Warranty


Manufacturer warranties apply to window film products as specified by the manufacturer.


Installation workmanship warranties (if offered) will be provided in writing. Warranty coverage does not apply to:


  • Abuse, misuse, or improper cleaning
  • Glass breakage
  • Natural disasters or external damage
  • Pre-existing glass defects


7. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, OPTIMAX WINDOW TINTING shall not be liable for:


  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of business revenue
  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions


Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

We are not responsible for third-party website content linked from our site.
